Jensen's three-computer framework for physical AI (training, simulation, inference) is the right architecture, but there's a missing fourth layer most people overlook: the connectivity and fleet orchestration stack that ties edge inference devices back to the cloud for model updates, telemetry, and governance. When you're deploying across a billion humanoid robots and 10 million factories, the OTA update pipeline, eSIM-based multi-carrier connectivity, and remote diagnostics infrastructure becomes as mission-critical as the GPU silicon itself. The physical AI moat isn't just compute -- it's the full-stack nervous system from cloud to edge.
