Culture eats strategy for breakfast. current google structure is structured for incremental change not speed or innovation. Asset spin-offs are a lot easier to do than changing culture or organic structure. Google has everything to lose.

Nothing that has not been. Seen in any large corporation the continuing battle between sales and marketing

Who leads, who follows, who knows the customer and who knows solutions
